Role Purpose:

Forming part of the overall leadership team of the CS department, the role of the Customer Care Team Leader is the frontline support to our large team. They are at the forefront of the action reacting to the ever-changing needs of our customers & CS team. Operationally managing the daily running of the team, while championing efficiency in all that we do. Supporting the Careline365 brand (part of the Appello group) to achieve their targeted KPIs & SLA's.What you'll need to succeed:

  • Previous leadership experience within a contact centre environment.
  • Strong customer service background.
  • Caring and nurturing nature.
  • Flexible and resilient attitude.
  • Be ready to support, train, monitor, and make sure the team works towards business and customer care.
  • Have experience running a high-pressured team.
  • Be available to start immediately.
  • Part of the interview phase is to complete a personality and aptitude test.
