We’re seeking a talented Biddable Media Manager to lead our paid media efforts across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other leading biddable channels. This role is essential to helping us achieve growth and maximise our ROI in a fast-paced, competitive industry.

Role Overview: As a Biddable Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing, and optimising high-impact campaigns that drive measurable results. You will leverage your expertise in digital advertising, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation to strategically reach and engage our core audiences. Your hands-on experience with biddable platforms and deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager will help us stay ahead in a constantly evolving digital landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy: Plan, build, and execute paid media strategies, focusing on Meta, Google Ads, and other auction-based platforms to achieve brand and performance goals.
  • Optimisation & Testing: Continuously monitor campaign performance, making real-time adjustments in targeting, bids, and creatives. Conduct A/B testing to refine ad effectiveness.
  • Audience Targeting: Use advanced audience insights on Meta and other platforms to reach targeted audiences, applying lookalike and custom audience strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Track key KPIs (ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPA), analyse data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Budget Management: Oversee daily/monthly budgets to optimize spend and improve ROI, reallocating funds as needed to high-performing campaigns.

Key Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in biddable media or paid social, with a focus on Meta, Google Ads, or other major platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimisation strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and performance tracking.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
