Ambition are delighted to be working with an established insolvency firm looking to hire a Senior Insolvency Investigator to work on contentious insolvency. The role can be done locally or fully remotely. Please only apply if you have previous contentious insolvency experience.The Offering

Main Responsibilities

  • Conduct forensic reviews of company documents and accounting recordsConduct financial investigations into the affairs of the Company
  • Report on conduct of directors to Secretary of State
  • Interview company officers and make enquiries upon 3rd parties and government agencies
  • Identify potential heads of claims and compile evidence to support claims
  • Create case reports
  • Instruct and work with solicitors and counsel to draft relevant correspondence, statements, and applications
  • Attend case management meetings
