We are looking for a Procurement Manager to work within the healthcare sector.
Location: Hybrid working - Norwich
About the role: You will be responsible for developing and implementing digital health procurement strategy.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Procurement Management background, with the following skills/ experience:
- Experience of negotiating multi-million-pound contracts with suppliers.
- Experience of managing large competitive tenders/quotations.
- Experience of public or major corporation procurement.
- Knowledge of end-to-end purchase-to-pay processes.
- Knowledge of public procurement legal frameworks.
- Knowledge of professional purchasing principles acquired through Degree or Chartered Institute of Purchasing & Supply (CIPs), IACCMS or equivalent experience.
- Experience of working within the public sector and working knowledge of EU regulations (Desirable)
- Experience of working within the NHS (Desirable)
