This market leading consultancy and contractor work on a plethora of projects mainly within the public sector, with projects including Hospitals, Social Housing and other public sector facilities. Possessing two separate arms to the business they can offer both consultancy and contractor services. With them being able to help identify problems and then and solve them themselves, they have managed to find great success in their niche. This is why they are looking to add to their growing and ambitious team with amazing opportunity.

In this role being a senior member of the company, you will take on a number of responsibilities. You will ne responsible for financial management where you will oversee the strategic financial planning, budgeting, risk management and financial reporting. Furthermore, you will also be responsible for procurement management where you'll be looking to implement procurement policies that align with company goals, as well supplier management where you will be building and maintaining supplier relationships and negotiating contracts. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will also be responsible for being a leader and successfully managing the finance and procurement team. Where you will be establishing performance measurement and providing training and development opportunities for team member to enhance performance.

Therefore, the ideal candidate will be a Financial professional with experience in the construction industry to be able to use your expertise, knowledge and strong communication to skills to be able to come in and enhance team performance.
