Production Team Leader

A world leading manufacturing business based in Norwich that is recognised for its dedication to providing quality products to the engineering and manufacturing sectors, has a fantastic opportunity for a Despatch Operator to join them at a very exciting time. This business is continuously developing its products and is hugely respected across the world.

To manage the day-to-day operations of assigned production cells using the internal system, with responsibility for producing product to defined quality standards at the minimum feasible cost.

Primary Responsibilities:

Responsible for adherence to all processes within assigned areas, including contributing to the development and implementation of new processes and to the continual improvement of existing processes.

Train and facilitates the training of team members to defined standard process

Responsible for performance management of defined team

Assure that proper records and reports are established and maintained

Uses the system process to manage team performance, drive improvement, focus and prioritize production support activities.

Responsible for ensuring adherence and development of the Kanban/material handling processes.

路 PC Literacy including Microsoft Office
