R13 are working in partnership with a well-respected, award winning financial advisory organisation, offering their services across Norfolk and Suffolk. This is an opportunity for an individual to join an impressive client services support team who have a wealth of knowledge and expertise and utilise their experience across the firm’s Financial Administration and Paraplanning departments.

Based in the Norwich Office, this is a full time, permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm, and is offering a salary between £25,000 and £28,000, depending on experience.

The day to day

  • Providing integral administrative support to the business.
  • Liaising with clients and product providers via telephone, letter and email.
  • Handling client queries promptly and clearly.
  • Preparation of client files, meeting notes and plan information on behalf of colleagues.
  • Accurately inputting client information onto internal systems.
  • Providing appropriate documentation to enable changes to be processed.
  • Arranging the set-up of all policies and plans and producing plan information.
  • Liaising with Paraplanners to ensure client reports are issued promptly.
  • Preparing valuation reports regularly.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.

You will have/be

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a financial environment is desired.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain profession rapport.
  • A team player, with a good initiative and the ability to take charge of their own workload.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organised with good time management skills.
  • Highly numerate with excellent problem-solving skills and consistently solutions focussed.
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
