They are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to oversee design management throughout the feasibility and pre-construction phases of key projects.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely and effective production of design deliverables, working in alignment with health and safety regulations, budget requirements, and customer objectives outlined in the pre-construction strategy.
Key Accountabilities:
- Deliver high quality of technical work
- Support colleagues and peers in the successful delivery of their technical work and their accountabilities
- Attend internal and external meetings, making a substantial contribution
- Be an effective coordinator of projects involving multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
- Create positive relationships with team members, motivating them towards shared goals
- Manage sub-contract packages as and when required
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within construction or related industries.
- Strong understanding of pre-construction processes, including budget management and scheduling.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- A passion for delivering high-quality, innovative designs and making an impact on the success of a project.
