Project Manager
Norwich, Norfolk, NR5 8BF – Hybrid working (2 days in office per week or fully remote for the right candidate)

  • Full time, Monday to Friday (9am - 5:30pm, 1-hour unpaid lunch)
  • Circa £40,000 per annum

The Role

They're seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead and deliver multiple projects, ensuring quality and efficiency while managing a team of two Project Coordinators. Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, you’ll play a critical role in driving project success while improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of client projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Lead and support a team of Project Coordinators, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Define, monitor, and manage project scope, risks, and benefits, communicating progress to stakeholders.
  • Organise and chair stakeholder meetings, capturing requirements and action points.
  • Develop and oversee detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and deliverables are achieved.
  • Partner with technical teams to meet deadlines and resolve challenges.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, ensuring consistency and quality in client-facing materials.
  • Drive process improvements, collaborating with the Head of Project Services to enhance resource allocation and workflow efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate

You are a results-driven project manager with a minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on project delivery experience, ideally in a Legal Tech environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting, balancing client needs and team dynamics to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Proven experience in managing and delivering multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership experience, including managing teams or direct reports.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • PRINCE2 or equivalent project management qualification.
  • Experience with Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
