Project Manager - Highways & General Civils - Norwich
A leading engineering firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join their team on various major construction projects in the Norwich area.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, budget, and timelines.
- Develop and implement project plans, manage risks and safety issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Lead project teams, including internal resources and external contractors, fostering collaboration and achieving high performance.
- Monitor project progress and implement necessary adjustments to ensure success.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Prepare and deliver project reports, presentations, and documentation.
What We Need:
- Has proven experience as a Project Manager in civil construction / highways projects.
- Demonstrates strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Is adept at using project management software and tools.
- Possesses a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
