Regional Property Manager - Norwich
Contract Personnel are looking for a Regional Property Manager for our client, an ever-growing and successful estate agency based in Norwich. This is an exciting role for someone to grow within the business, with full support from the Director.
How does the day-to-day look?
- Attending Valuations and closing for Lettings instructions
- Dealing with Property Management issues
- Ability to drive the Lettings business forward
- Managing the Lettings Team
You will have:
- Experience in Lettings industry
- Strong listing skills
- Good knowledge of Lettings Legislation
- Ability to carry out Property Management
Schedule: Monday to Friday 08:30am – 18:00pm (weekend work included on rotation)
Salary: Up to £30,000 basic - OTE £60,000 Plus
