Are you a Valuer with a great proven track record looking to work for a fantastic independent Estate Agency? If yes, our client is a successful and respected Estate Agency who is currently looking for a hungry, driven Valuer to join their expanding team based in the Norwich area.
The main requirements for this role of Sales Valuer are to have experience in the property industry where you have carried out property valuations, to understand the market, and to be able to deliver a high level of service.
The successful Sales Valuer will be offered:
- Basic salary up to £35,000
- OTE of up to £50,000
- Full support from Director

Sales Valuer requirements:
- Previous valuations experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- UK driving license and access to own car
- Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as, individually
- Organisational skills
- Driven to exceed set targets
As a Sales Valuer, your role will include but not be limited to:
- Listing properties to the market and gaining market share in the area
- Photographing properties
- Attending Valuations
- Gaining Instructions
- Closing for business
