Description
- Oversee procurement and supply chain operations within the property department
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement
- Implement strategic sourcing and supplier management initiatives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and meet service requirements
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures
- Conduct market analysis to stay abreast of industry trends
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
- Manage and mentor procurement team members
Profile
A successful Category Manager should have:
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management
- Solid knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical ability and strategic thinking
- Familiarity with procurement software and tools
