Duties:
  • Working alongside the National Quality Manager, you will be responsible for driving forward and raising the standards of quality teaching and learning.
  • Design, promote and review quality interventions and strategies - ensuring they are implemented across our client's provision.
  • Supportandcoach teachingstaff towards improvinganddeveloping teaching practice - ensuring action plans for teachingandlearning are achieved
  • Work in partnership with the Education Management team, to monitor updates and support improvement with QIPs and OFSTED actions.
  • To develop and review pre-inspection guidance and tools for the Education Managers, ensuring the best possible inspection outcome.
  • Monitor the impact of interventions, reporting where standards have not been met and identify any further actions as required.
  • To analyse and interpret MI, statistical data and feedback to produce comprehensive reports, informing the focus on priority improvements.
Essential Criteria:
  • Must hold a recognised Teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent)
  • Must hold a strong background of working as a Quality Manager within the Education sector.
  • Ability to inspire,leadandmotivate teaching staffandlearners.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel if required.
