About the role of Quantity Surveyor
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be working on a 25m New Build project on a private school based in Holt. This opportunity is with a national Tier 1 Main Contractor who are committed to sustainability and providing the best service whilst encouraging diversity and equality within their teams. You will be working between the office based in Norwich and the site in Holt however, there can be opportunities for flexible working. You must be performing to their standard, satisfying both customers and your line manager. You will be joining one of the most successful Main Contractors in the UK as an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Key Responsibilities of Quantity Surveyor:
- Carrying out accurate financial reporting
- Managing Subcontractor accounts
- Provide a business forecast in terms of turnover and margins
Key Requirements of Quantity Surveyor:
- Ideally degree educated in Quantity Surveying or Construction related degree
- Hold CSCS card
- Experience on educational, health-care, leisure or defence schemes valued between 10m - 30m
- UK driving licence
