We are working with a leading residential construction and regeneration developer who are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in East Anglia. You will lead initially on a new build care home scheme, based just outside Norwich.

We are looking for candidates with experience in either New build residential, general construction i.e. building schools, hospitals, doctors surgeries etc or steel frame experience.

As the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take responsibility, ownership, and accountability of the successful management and control of all aspects of the commercial/financial and contractual elements of the works to control and maximise the company's profitability, protect the company's legal and contractual obligations under the contract, and manage all day to day commercial issues.

Senior Quantity Surveyor Key responsibilities:

  • Producing cost reports
  • Subcontractor payments/processing applications for payments
  • Valuations
  • Variations
  • Final accounts

Senior Quantity Surveyor Essential experience:

  • Degree or other technical qualification
