Your new companyYou will be working for a national tier 1 contractor that has a strong pipeline of projects across a variety of sectors. They prioritise a relationship based business strategy which ensures a strong future workload based on preferred bidder contracts and repeat business. Your new roleAs the commercial lead within your specific geographical region, you will be responsible for leading your team and managing your designated projects from stage 2. Working closely to the contracts commercial targets you will advise the management team, producing accurate and timely commercial reports.What you'll need to succeedYou will have previously worked as a senior quantity surveyor and have experience managing a team, ideally on projects above £10 million.
