We are working with a well-respected, independent estate agency looking to speak with professionals ranging from Sales Negotiators with a year of experience to Branch Managers! This is an exciting chance to join a growing business and work towards becoming a Director.

The Package:
- Sales Negotiators: Competitive basic salary of up to £26,000 with an OTE of up to £35,000
- Senior Negotiators, Valuers, Assistant Branch Managers, & Branch Managers: Competitive packages based on experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- At least 1 year of experience in Estate Agency (Sales Negotiator role)
- Ideally experience with Reapit (but not essential)
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to progress
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Proven success in Estate Agency (sales, valuations, or lettings)
- Ideally knowledge of the Norwich market
- A self-driven attitude and high levels of motivation
Working Schedule:
- Option 1: 5-day week with working every Saturday
- Option 2: 5-day week with a 6-day rotation
