The role offers a basic salary of up to £25,000, plus an average commission of £2,700 per annum. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with Saturday shifts on a rota basis from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. Candidates should possess a full UK Driver's License, be customer-focused, and have a career-minded approach. Responsibilities include matching tenants to properties, conducting viewings, managing paperwork, and addressing maintenance issues.

Our clients, a well-respected independent Letting Agency, are seeking an ambitious and professional Lettings Negotiator to join their busy Norwich team.

To be considered for this role, you must have at least 12 months of experience as a Lettings Negotiator.

Working hours:

  • Monday-Friday 9.00 am-5:00 pm (depending on viewings)
  • Saturdays on a rota basis 9.00 am-1.00 pm

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be offered: 

  • Basic salary of up to £25,000
  • There will also be an element of commission to be made (£2,700 per annum on average)

Lettings Negotiator requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience within the Lettings Industry
  • Career minded approach
  • A team player, but with individual flair
  • Full UK Driver’s License
  • Customer focused
  • ARLA qualified preferred

Responsibilities for the successful Lettings Negotiator:

  • Matching ideal tenants to each property
  • Conducting viewings
  • Managing a busy diary
  • Completing registration and reference paperwork
  • Negotiating and completing lets
  • Dealing with any maintenance issues
  • Canvass new business
