Our clients, a well-known and leading Agent, are looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
This role will offer both job stability and the potential of career growth to a Senior Lettings Negotiator within 6 months. If you are looking for a progressive company that rewards its staff, this role could be for you.
Working hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 1 in 4 Saturdays
The successful Lettings Negotiator will be offered:
- Basic salary upto £24.000
- Commission structure with a realistic opportunity to earn £300 - £450 per month on property lets
- Commission on Google reviews
- OTE £30,000
To be considered for the Lettings Negotiator  role you must have:
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to close for business
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Driving licence
As a Lettings Negotiator, Â your role will involve:
- Registering tenants
- Negotiating
- Landlord calls
- Chasing rental arrears
