As a Sales Negotiator, your role will involve:
- Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to suitable properties
- Booking property market appraisals
- Conducting accompanied viewings with potential purchasers and tenants
- Negotiating property sales and liaising between purchasers and vendors
- Maintaining a smart and professional appearance, with a strong attention to detail
- Collaborating with the team to share information and secure additional business
- Potential involvement in sales progression
To be considered for the role you must have:
- At least 12 months experience as a Sales Negotiator (Must be recent)
- A driven, reliable, and trustworthy nature, with a commitment to integrity
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- A customer-focused approach with a strong passion for property
- Superb organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and plan effectively
- A high level of attention to detail
Working days:
As a Sales Negotiator, you’ll be required to work Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
