Our client, a highly respected and well-established independent agency, is looking for a skilled Sales Negotiator to join their dedicated team in Norwich.

As a Sales Negotiator, you will be offered:

  • Up to £25,000 basic salary
  • Up to £35,000 OTE (Team commission environment)
  • Free parking
  • 5-day working week
  • Full support from the Directors

As a Sales Negotiator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Progressing a pipeline of sales from start to completion, liaising effectively with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and agents
  • Successfully negotiating offers and securing deals
  • Driving the business forward by providing exceptional customer service at every stage
  • Arranging and attending viewings, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all parties
  • Greeting buyers and vendors, offering expert advice and support
  • Registering customers and matching their requirements to suitable properties
  • Calling out new properties to the market, keeping clients informed and engaged

Sales Negotiator requirements:
