We are currently looking for a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join our clients, an independent Estate Agency in Norwich.  This role will be fully office based and this would suit a career driven individually looking to kickstart a career within the Property Sector.

 Working hours:

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator , you will be required to work Monday – Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (with ½ day lieu in return)

To be considered for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator role you must have:

  • Experience in the Lettings industry would be ideal however not essential

  • Confident with a professional ‘can-do’ attitude 

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator , your role will involve:

  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants on a daily basis
  • Booking Viewings, property repairs and valuations
  • General admin duties
  • Reference checks
  • Negotiating offers
