Lettings Manager – Norwich - OTE 40,000 - 50,000
Contract Personnel are looking for an experienced Lettings Manager for a well-established independent Estate Agency join their team in the Norwich area.
This is an exciting opportunity to progress into an Associate Director of the business!
How does the day-to-day look?
- Strong focus on generating new and repeat business
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Liaising with Tenants and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
- Negotiating offers and agreeing new tenancies
- Ensuring the business is risk-averse and following the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies.
You will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Lettings Manager
- Proven track record as a Lettings Manager
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own car
- Demonstrates an ability to communicate effectively with and create trusting relationships with customers.
- A strong understanding of current legislation related to Residential Lettings
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Attention to detail
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am – 18:00pm (weekend work on rotation)
Salary: £25,000 – 30,000 basic – OTE 40,000 – 50,000
