Job Title: Property Manager
Location: Norwich
Salary: Basic Salary up to 36,000, up to 47,000 OTE
Brook Street are partnering with a well established estate agency firm in the Norwich area and are recruiting for an experienced property manager on a full time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the team of property managers
- Monitoring and assessing team performance.
- Carrying out property inspections
- Deposit returns.
- Resolving rental arrears
- Processing eviction requests
- Building relationships with landlords and tenants
- Full inventory reports
- Negotiation tenancy extensions/renewals
- Complying to all regulatory standards
Essential skills
- Full UK Driving License for manual vehicle
- Minimum of 3 years senior negotiator experience or higher as a property manager in residential lettings.
- Relationship Builder
- Excellent communication
- Strong understanding and knowledge or current residential lettings legislation.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Proactive
- Good telephone manner
- Strong IT skills
- Excellent attention to detail
