Our client, a respected independent estate agency, is looking for a motivated Property Manager in the Norwich area.
The position offers a competitive salary of up to £27,000 along with opportunities for career progression and ongoing support.
Key responsibilities include conducting property inspections, managing a portfolio of residential properties, and addressing maintenance issues.
Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Property Manager, with ARLA qualification preferred but not essential.
Strong communication skills and a full clean driving license with access to a car for work are also required for this role.

Main duties of a Property Manager:

Arranging and conducting check-ins, check-outs
Arranging and conducting property inspections
Managing a portfolio of residential properties
Speaking to contractors, tenants and landlords
Dealing with any maintenance issues

Requirements for the Property Manager role:

At least 12 months experience as a Property Manager
ARLA qualified ideally (Not essential)
Ability to build good relationships with customers
Full clean driving licence and own car for work
Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
