We are currently looking for a Property Manager to join our clients close knit team in Norwich. Our client rarely sees staff turnover, as they genuinely value their employees, maintain a professional yet fun work environment, and actively support their team in pursuing industry qualifications like ARLA Level 3.

Working hours:

As a Property Manager, you will be required to work Monday – Friday with 1 in 3 Saturday mornings (with ½ day lieu in return)

To be considered for the  Property Manager role you must have:

  • Experience in the Lettings industry – primarily in Property Management
  • Driving Licence
  • Professional attitude

As a Property Manager, your role will involve:

  • Dealing with Property Maintenance issues by liaising with Contractors, Landlords and Tenants
  • Carry out Viewings
  • Occasional Valuations
  • Inspections
  • Inventories
