Our client, an ever-growing agency are currently seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator to be the face of their Lettings Division. The role will involve listing properties to the market, some Property Management, and working closely with the team to ensure the smooth running of the department.

This is a very exciting role for someone to grow within the business and have full support from the Director.

In return, our client can offer the successful Senior Lettings Negotiator:

  • Up to £28,000 basic salary DOE
  • Up to £35,000 OTE (Uncapped)

Working Days:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be required to work Monday to Friday and 1 in 3 Saturdays.

To be considered for the Lettings Manager role you must have:

  • Experience in Lettings industry
  • Strong listing skills
  • Good knowledge of Lettings legislation
  • Ability to carry out Property Management
  • ARLA qualified ideally (Not essential)

As a Lettings Manager, your role will involve:

  • Attending Valuation and closing for Lettings instructions
  • Dealing with Property Management issues
  • Ability to drive the Lettings business forward
