We have an exciting new opportunity with our clients, a well-respected independent Estate Agency that is looking to add an Auction Manager to join their close-knit team and cover the Norfolk area.

The successful Auctions Manager will be offered:

Auctions Manager requirements:

  • Property Auctions Background ideal
  • Estate Agency experience essential
  • B2B experience
  • Excellent communication skills both in person and on the telephone
  • Experience in dealing with inbound and outbound sales calls and the ability to self-generate new business
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  •  Excellent organising and planning skills.

As an Auctions Manager, your role will involve:

  •  Making appointments to meet new and existing agents
  • Understand your agents' needs
  • In-depth product/service knowledge
  • Create new associations to work in partnership
  • Keep in contact with existing clients in person and by telephone
  • Going to conferences and expositions
  • Monitor & report your progress to your line manager
  • Identifying and canvassing sources of new auction listings
