We are looking for a EPR Programme Recruitment Officer to work within the healthcare sector.
Location: Hybrid working - Norwich
About the role: You will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Manager including supervision of staff dealing with the recruitment processes on behalf of the Divisions/Departments.
Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Recruitment Officer background, with the following skills/ experience:
- Broad experience working within the NHS.
- Understanding and experience of recruitment processes.
- Experience of staff supervision.
- NVQ Level 3/ ECDL/ CLAIT or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of EPR systems (Desirable).
