About the role: You will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Manager including supervision of staff dealing with the recruitment processes on behalf of the Divisions/Departments.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will have a proven Recruitment Officer background, with the following skills/ experience:

  • Broad experience working within the NHS.
  • Understanding and experience of recruitment processes.
  • Experience of staff supervision.
  • NVQ Level 3/ ECDL/ CLAIT or equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of EPR systems (Desirable).
