Contract Type: Temporary (the possibility of an extension)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Hybrid (Minimum 60% on-site, 40% working from home)
Pay Rate: 13.14 per hour
Our Public Sector based client is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join their Team within the HR department at HM Treasury. This is an exciting opportunity to support the onboarding of 240 staff transitioning due to Machinery of Government changes, working on a key project that will directly impact the future of the department.
As part of a small, collaborative team of five, you will play an essential role in assisting the recruitment team in processing new starters. This is a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience in HR and recruitment administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Write up Contracts of Employment using templates for the recruitment team to distribute.
- Data reporting and administration across various HR functions.
- Assist and support the Recruiters with various admin tasks
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Ensure accurate and secure handling of sensitive personal data.
- Manage a shared inbox and assist with any external queries.
- Pre-sift applications to ensure they align with security vetting requirements.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in IT and MS Office.
- Ability to quickly learn new systems (experience with Oracle is a plus).
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle personal information securely.
- SC clearance is desirable but not essential.
