About the Role:

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will play a crucial role in establishing and expanding our AI and Machine Learning division within Cambridgeshire and Oxfordshire. This 360 recruitment role encompasses:

  • Business Development: Winning and nurturing new business
  • Client Engagement: Taking on client briefs and maintaining relationships
  • Candidate Management: Sourcing candidates, managing the interview process, and offer management
  • Negotiation: Handling salary and pay negotiations

  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales
  • Proficiency in making sales calls and conducting video and in-person client meetings
