The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at TEC Partners, you'll take ownership of the recruitment process, from sourcing top-tier talent to guiding clients and candidates through every step. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Sourcing and engaging with high-calibre candidates
  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for both permanent and contract roles
  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs
  • Collaborating with our close-knit, high-energy team to meet targets and exceed expectations
  • Staying on top of market trends and developments to be the go-to expert in your field

What we're looking for

  • Has a natural flair for building relationships and influencing people
  • Thrives in a sales-driven environment and isn't afraid of a challenge
  • Has exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Is resilient, self-motivated, and eager to learn
  • Ideally has some recruitment or sales experience (but we're open to potential!)
