Were looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Todd Hayes Ltd in Norwich.


The working hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 17:00.


It is essential that applicants have a full UK driving licence and access to their own vehicle.


Essential / Preferred Experience:

  • You must be happy working in a target driven environment.
  • Business Development skills
  • Worked within a sales driven environment
  • Extensive experience managing customers and accounts.

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Onboarding new clients, chasing leads and keeping regular contact with potential, new and existing clients
  • Communicating with candidates seeking their next opportunity
  • Communication with candidates, clients and colleagues via email and telephone
  • Creating and positing job adverts across major UK job boards
  • Scheduling interviews
  • Screening candidates, ensuring all information is gained, before submitting to clients for review
  • Maintain longstanding customer relationships/account management this needs to be high on your agenda
