Role Overview
As a Recruitment Consultant at NXTGEN, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and placing high-calibre professionals with our clients. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will be empowered to build and manage your client and candidate relationships. Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Negotiate terms of business and service agreements.
Candidate Sourcing and Engagement:
- Proactively source and engage with high-quality candidates using a range of tools, including job boards, LI, and the company database.
- Conduct candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
- Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Pitch NXTGENs services to prospective clients.
Process Management:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job advertisements, candidate shortlisting, arranging interviews, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure timely and accurate updates of the companys CRM system.
Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience in a recruitment or sales environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A proactive and results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A confident, professional, and persuasive manner.
