An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support/Recruitment Officer to join my client, who is based in Hethel on a 6 month FTC - starting no later than 4th November. This is a full time role, working in the office Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm. Due to location, transport is essential.
Duties will include:
- Dealing with all the administration around recruitment and selection
- Liaising with agencies and managing expectations
- Internally dealing with vacancy holders
- Arranging Interviews/sending out offers letters
- Liaising with Universities
- Inputting HR details onto CRM system
- Keeping sickness records up to date
- Organising CEO travel
- Review CEO inbox and calendar
- Administration tasks around purchasing and marketing
This is a lovely role for someone who has a proven track record working in a similar setting, who is bright, energetic, is well organised and able to work on own initiative.
