Salary; £26,000 + bonus + pension + 33 days annual leave

Your Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates for a range of roles.
  • Utilise job boards, social media, and networking to attract candidates
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate records in our candidate database
  • Ensure compliance standards are followed at all times
  • Effectively manage multiple roles and priorities.
  • Generate new business leads
  • Support branch new business activities
  • Support branch oncall duties
