Summary of Compliance Manager to prioritize safety, compliance, and excellence. You will be dedicated and experienced Compliance Manager to ensure the site meets and exceeds legal and regulatory standards with a excellent knowledge of Engineering


Key Responsibilities:
Manage and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations, including LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations), PSSR (Pressure Systems Safety Regulations), PUWER (Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations), and DSEAR (Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations).
Provide technical advice and support across the site to maintain high standards of safety and compliance.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and rectify potential compliance issues.
Develop and deliver compliance training programs to staff to ensure understanding and adherence to regulations.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to demonstrate compliance with all relevant standards.
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with site operations, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance compliance and safety practices across the site.

Qualifications:
Experience in a compliance role within the FMCG industry.
In depth knowledge of LOLER, PSSR, PUWER, and DSEAR regulations.
Relevant degree or certification in Health & Safety, Compliance, Engineering, or related field.
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to provide technical support and advice effectively.
