Area Manager – Norwich
£43,500 + Car
I am recruiting for an Area Coach for my client who own a number of fast-food restaurants.
As an Area Coach, you will be managing 7 sites in the Norwich area. You will provide transformational leadership and high-impact coaching for multiple restaurant teams. Your role will be focused on driving performance across four key metrics – People, Customer, Sales and Profit. This isn’t your normal 9-5; You’ll find yourself on the restaurant floor, managing teams, and running audits.
They are looking for a strategic thinker, someone with a high degree of commercial acumen, and the ability to think beyond core operational elements. You should have a proven track record of driving tangible results, a history of career progression, and exposure to wider business functions. They value your ambition and desire to take on more senior leadership roles in the future, and are committed to supporting your growth.
As an Area Coach you will:
Manage restaurant strategy and projects, creating stretch goals for your team.
Flex your commercial acumen by identifying and unlocking core growth opportunities in your restaurants.
Own quarterly business reviews, focusing on profit, people, process and product.
Manage the restaurants recruitment process, to bring in the best talent who demonstrate their core values.
Develop the talent in your area to identify future leaders and drive retention.
