Sales Order Processor / Account Executive required for a well-established packaging manufacturer based in Norwich. You will be handling incoming and out coming calls, emails, queries, and orders from existing and new customers
Account Executive / Sales Order Processor - Packaging Position Overview
- Retain and manage existing customer relationships.
- Receive customer orders/artwork/information.
- Provide accurate information for estimating, production, reprographics, and technical departments.
- Create Job bags for production following strict process controls.
- Distribute accurate information internally and externally to fulfil customer requirements.
- Customer liaison regarding price, lead-time, and delivery.
- Stock management.
- Critical delivery date management.
- Raise purchase orders for raw material and outwork services.
Account Executive / Sales Order Processor - Packaging Position Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service and a passion for delivering excellent levels of care as this is very important for our brand and our customers.
- Previous experience in a print environment would be helpful but is not essential as full training will be given.
- A confident communicator and able to handle complex situations.
- Strong organisational skills coupled with the ability to prioritise workload and plan effectively.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Prepared to take ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic focused approach to work.
- Good IT and Microsoft office skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ideally experience of New Project Development and Project Management.

- Salary is £28-30K
- 37.5 hours
