Finance Assistant

Day-to-day of the role:
- Process purchase ledger material accurately and efficiently.
- Code invoices directly to contract numbers and cost codes.
- Liaise with company administrators and buyers to resolve any invoice queries.
- Manage allocated supplier accounts and reconcile statements, identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience within an Accounts Payable role.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritise workload effectively.
- Capable of working under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel.
