Finance Assistant - Hybrid Working

Salary: £24,000 - £28,000
Reed Accountancy Norwich are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our clients award winning team in Norwich. This role is ideal for an account's candidate, looking to kickstart their career within a fast paced, welcoming environment.
Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the Management Accountant with the preparation of month-end management accounts and other financial reporting.
- Prepare regular cash flow forecasts.
- Maintain the fixed asset register and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare VAT returns.
- Process staff expense claims, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial policies.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in an account's role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in undertaking AAT studies or already be studying
