Finance Assistant

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join their growing team and provide support to the finance department. This full-time office-based role is ideal for someone looking for excellent career progression opportunities and who has experience within a similar finance position.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Analyse and calculate inter-departmental charges.
  • Handle sales invoicing and journaling of charges.
  • Liaise with other departments regarding charges.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and manage accruals & prepayments.
  • Calculate overheads and perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Assist in monthly reporting and budgeting processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar finance role or studying towards an accountancy qualification.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes.
