Day-to-day of the role:

Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to foster development.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports diverse learning needs.
Provide cover for lessons in other subjects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and contribute to school initiatives.
Participate actively in school events, meetings, and professional development opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent is essential.
Strong subject knowledge in Science, with experience teaching at Key Stages 3 and 4.
Ability to teach and cover a range of subjects, showcasing versatility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with staff.
