Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor patient care quality, implementing improvements where necessary.
What We're Looking For:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with active NMC registration.
- Proven experience in a clinical leadership role or Deputy Manager position.
- Strong clinical skills and in-depth knowledge of nursing practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Compassionate and dedicated, with a passion for providing the highest standards of care.
