Your Role:

路Assisting the Registered Manager in ensuring excellent standards of person centred,
路holistic care are delivered by staff
路Support and assist the Registered Manager, and deputise during their absence in
路ensuring the home is functioning effectively and safely.
路Ensure high-quality care and support is provided.
路Lead and motivate staff, ensuring team effectiveness.
路Promote a person-centered approach for all residents.
路Implement policy on ordering, administration, storage and destruction of medication.
路Audit checks on MAR sheets and evidence spot checks.
路Take joint responsibility for the promotion and management of employees training.

Requirements:

路Strong leadership and communication skills
路Passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities and mental health needs
路NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (essential)
路NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management in Children's Health and Social Care or Adult Social Care (Not essential but must be willing to undertake)
路Full UK driving license and access to your own car
