Day-to-day of the role:
- Lead and manage the showroom environment to ensure a smooth and enjoyable buying journey for customers.
- Drive the team towards not only meeting but exceeding sales targets.
- Manage all showroom processes efficiently to ensure success.
- Transform curious visitors into lifelong customers by providing exceptional service and memorable experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an automotive sales environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and drive a team.
- Excellent management skills with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- A valid driver’s licence is required.
