We are excited to offer a rare and exciting opportunity to join our clients team as their new Showroom Manager. This role is perfect for a dynamic leader who is passionate about automotive sales and providing exceptional customer experiences.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Lead and inspire your team to not only meet but exceed sales targets while ensuring a memorable car buying journey for every customer.
  • Oversee daily operations in the showroom, ensuring high standards of customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement effective sales strategies and manage all sales processes to maximize performance.
  • Engage directly with customers, providing high-quality service and turning inquiries into lifelong customer relationships.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and drive continuous improvement to achieve sales objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an automotive sales environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's licence is required.
