Location: Greater Norwich and surrounding areas
Salary: Starting £12.00 - £14.15 per hour depending on time and day of call and experience.
Mileage is paid at 35p/mile and travel time at 21p/mile

About the Role - Care Worker, Driver - Greater Norwich and surrounding areas
As a Care Worker with us, youll be part of a unique service that provides vital support to unpaid carers. Your work will include:
- Giving unpaid carers the necessary breaks by providing interim support to those they care for.
- Offering care support in the home and community
- Working alongside our homecare team to assess needs, plan care, and deliver compassionate service.

What You Bring - Care Worker, Driver - Greater Norwich and surrounding areas
- Experience: Person-centered care, ideally in a domiciliary or homecare setting
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong IT abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively
- Knowledge: Understanding of legislative care standards and the ability to work to high compliance
- Qualifications: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (preferred but not essential)
- Personal Attributes: Adaptability, solution-focused, and a genuine commitment to improving the lives of carers and those they support
- Must be able to drive and have own vehicle (Mileage & travel time payments) and willing to travel up to a 1 hour when required ( to help cover needs in North Norfolk)
